OVERVIEW

Simply Cakes Co. is a small local bakery, based in King’s Lynn, specialising in artisan brownies and tray bakes. They use quality Belgian chocolate, local free range eggs and proper butter in their bakes and you can tell the difference! Their bakery is also entirely free from gluten, which can put your mind at rest when catering for gluten free customers. They use a blend of different flours including East Anglian pea flour, which brings a great texture to their bakes. They also have a great range of Vegan products which have been extremely popular with their current customers, as well as opening us up to a new group of customers.
