As leather is natural material, each product will have different characteristics or grain patterns; these can change over time and with daily use your card holder will become softer. Eventually, this card holder will become an item that is truly unique to you.

We will often use natural oils to treat our leather products as this helps to protect and prolong the life of your bag as well as giving the material a beautiful sheen.

COUPER -ET- COUDRE is a collection of handcrafted made to order and one-off designs, consciously created with an emphasis on natural and sustainable materials. We use vegetable tanned leather, remnant leather and organic fabrics to make our designs. After studying for her degree in Textile Design from Central Saint Martins, Fleur worked in different areas of the interiors industry before starting COUPER -ET- COUDRE in 2017. COUPER -ET- COUDRE comes from the French verbs meaning 'TO CUT' & 'TO SEW'. The name gives a nod towards our philosophy; thoughtfully designed products with attention to detail. Every item is designed, cut and sewn by hand in our studio in Bristol, England.
