Our organic oil is unrefined, cold pressed and GM free. The flavour of rapeseed oil is more subtle than oils such as extra virgin olive oil, and is slightly sweet and nutty. This makes it ideal for dishes where a gentler taste is required. It's ideal for salad dressings, sauces and soups.
